1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infoma Academy's website, registering for any quiz event, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all users including students, teachers, institution administrators, and any other individuals who interact with our platform.

2 Our Services

Infoma Academy provides the following services to institutions and students across Jammu & Kashmir:

• Organization of inter-institution quiz competitions across J&K
• Online quiz platform for remote participation and real-time scoring
• Award ceremonies and certificate distribution for participants and winners
• Teacher training and academic support programs
• institution partnership and registration services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3 Eligibility

To participate in Infoma Academy quiz events, the following conditions must be met:

• Participants must be enrolled students of a registered partner institution
• Students must be in Classes 6–12 to participate in the relevant division
• institutions must be located within the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh
• Registration must be completed by the institution's authorized representative
• Participants must comply with the age and class group assigned to their division

4 institution Registration

institutions wishing to partner with Infoma Academy must provide accurate and complete information during registration. By submitting a registration form, the institution representative confirms:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• They have the authority to register the institution on its behalf
• They agree to notify Infoma Academy of any changes to contact information
• The institution will cooperate in organizing participation logistics

5 Code of Conduct

All participants and institution representatives are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity and sportsmanship. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of unfair means, cheating, or impersonation during quiz events
• Disruptive, abusive or disrespectful behavior toward other participants or staff
• Unauthorized recording or distribution of quiz questions
• Any attempt to manipulate scores or results
• Sharing confidential quiz content before or after events

6 Intellectual Property

All content created and published by Infoma Academy, including but not limited to quiz questions, branding, website design, event materials, and certificates, is the exclusive intellectual property of Infoma Academy.

• No quiz questions may be reproduced, shared, or published without written permission
• The Infoma Academy name, logo and branding may not be used without authorization
• Photos and videos taken at our events may be used by us for promotional purposes

7 Privacy & Data

We collect basic contact information from institutions and participants solely for the purpose of organizing events and communication. We are committed to protecting your data and do not sell or share it with third parties.

8 Limitation of Liability

Infoma Academy shall not be held liable for:

• Technical issues, internet disruptions, or platform downtime during online events
• Any injury or loss occurring at physical event venues (responsibility lies with the hosting institution)
• Decisions made by quiz judges, which are final and binding
• Loss of data due to factors beyond our reasonable control

9 Termination

Infoma Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend a institution's partnership or an individual's participation at its sole discretion if:

• There is a violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or misleading information was provided during registration
• Conduct deemed harmful to the reputation or integrity of our events
